MOTORUM-2048LT incorporates industry's large capacity turret to accommodate 54 (44)-tool stations. This has greatly reduced the machine tool set-up time and is an ideal solution for small batch large variety production needs with many number of tools applications. Brush table option is available to minimize the noise levels and improve finished parts quality.

54-Station Turret

The 54-station turret with two index stations and tools up to sizes Dia. 121 mm (4.75" ) maximizes machine utilization by reducing processing time and maximizing machine flexibility.

Servo Ram Drive

MURATEC introduced (1994) for the first time in punch press technology, a new concept of ram drive, which incorporates a toggle mechanism driven by a servo motor. This technology has resulted in achieving higher productivity and an eco-friendly working environment with minimum noise and hydraulic oil-less machine operation.

Built-in Turret Parts Chute (option)

A small part chute is provided underneath of in-track punch centre to discharge small size parts. This feature increases productivity.

Brush Table (Option)

The brush table minimizes noise levels and eliminates scratches to the back of the worksheet.

Large Capacity Auto-index Tool

Auto-index tool allows programmed control of the tool at any angle with a greater degree of freedom resulting in improved punching accuracy. With a maximum diameter capacity of 76 mm, this tool significantly boosts punching speed.

VARITOOL & VARIMARK (Option)

Retractable Die-holder Function (Option)

Upward forming tool dies are retracted out of the way of the worksheet movements when forming is not in operation to avoid interference of forming die with the workpiece or Workholders. This function allows obstacle free fast movement and improves the quality of the worksheet.
