Programming & Maintenance Training

Class Outline: Safety, Manuals, General Machine Information, Operating Procedures, Air Supply and Maintenance, Turret Maintenance, Lubrication, Punching Mechanism, Auto Index Tool, Table, Troubleshooting, and Optional Equipment.

Class Dates: March 16-18, 2010, June 15-17, 2010, November 16-18, 2010

Class Hours: Tues. 9:00-4:00, Wed. 9:00-4:00, Thurs. 9:00-12:00

Machine Programming

Class Outline: Basic Programming Information, Programming Precautions, Types of Commands (Wiedepoint), Coordinate System, Index Tool/Varitool, Pattern Functions/Commands.

Class Dates: January 12-15, 2010, May 11-14, 2010, August 10-13, 2010, December 14-17, 2010

Class Hours: Tues. 9:00-4:00, Wed. 9:00-4:00, Thurs. 9:00-4:00, Fri. 9:00-12:00

Additional Information

Training after one (1) year = $400 x # of people x # of days.

Non-scheduled training after one (1) year = $500 x # of people x # of days

Special on-site training = $1200 x # of days + travel/expenses

Training included with machine purchase: One (1) person for Programming and one (1) person for Maintenance at our Charlotte facility. Additional personnel will be billed at $400/person/day.

Note: It is the customer's responsibility to pay all expenses, including any charge for guaranteed reservations, which are not used.

Minimum class size is three (3) trainees.

All classes start on Tuesday

Classes are subject to cancellation up to two weeks prior, if minimum class size is not met.
