Murata Machinery USA, Inc. offers our customers the most experienced service group in the industry. Currently, our technical service engineers are located throughout the United States, with seven of these technicians having more than fifteen years of Muratec service expertise. We are consistently striving to provide our service personnel with the latest in training from our parent company in Japan and from our strategic partner, Fanuc America.

Murata offers experienced telephone support on any Muratec product, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, with after hours technical support from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm Monday through Friday, and 8:00 am to 12:00 noon on Saturday.
