In order to provide the highest-quality service, we are committed to ensuring our service personnel receive the latest training from our parent company in Japan, and from our strategic partner, Fanuc America.
The Service Department’s experienced phone support is available from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST on weekdays and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays. When a machine is down and service is requested, our technicians make every effort to provide a resolution by phone within 24 hours of a request.
