Magnum M5000

The M5000 is a heavy-duty mechanical CNC turret punch press with 50 tons of punching force. With its proven record of long life and reliability, the high rigidity and precision of this machine are fully complemented by the Wiedemann 114 style tooling and a three-box construction frame. Plus, its large capacity turret contains an abundance of large stations, allowing it to make full use of the machine’s tonnage for punching and forming operations.

The Magnum M5000 is designed with a heavy-duty, two-piece frame, which isolates the punching head from the carriage for higher levels of accuracy and a longer machine life. This machine is equipped with Murata Machinery’s own HMI Intelligent Control Interface, which enhances machine production by minimizing the setup time required by the operator. This system is designed with intelligent features that maximize the machine’s greenlight time for optimal productivity.
