The MVH600 is Muratec’s first automated vertical CNC turning center, designed to bring automation, productivity, and flexibility to large-part machining. Built around a robust vertical turning platform and integrated overhead gantry loader, the MVH600 automates the handling of workpieces up to 600 mm (23.6″) in diameter and 100 kg (220 lb.), helping manufacturers reduce manual intervention while maximizing spindle utilization.
Unlike traditional large-part automation systems that require separate robots and additional floor space, the MVH600 integrates automated loading and unloading directly into the machine. Its overhead gantry accesses multiple pallets, automatically handles separator sheets, and supports extended unattended production.
For manufacturers looking to streamline operations further, optional live tooling enables turning, milling, and drilling in a single setup, reducing secondary operations and improving throughput.
