Murata Machinery, USA offers our customers the most experienced service group in the industry. Our technical service engineers are located throughout the United States; with many years of Muratec service expertise.

In order to provide the highest-quality services, we are committed to ensuring our service personnel has the latest training from our parent company in Japan, and from our strategic partner, Fanuc America.

The Service Department’s experienced phone support is available from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST on weekdays and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays. When a machine is down and service is requested, our technicians make every effort to provide a resolution by phone within 24 hours of a request.
