Stockers

Our stockers are just one example of the automated storage and retrieval solutions that have made Murata Machinery USA, Inc. a recognized leader in cleanroom solutions. Engineered for wafer carrier storage, these stockers are typically used in 200mm and 300mm, but they can also be designed for interfloor, as well as installed below a fab’s RMF for maximum space.

In addition to customization, the stockers from Murata Machinery USA, Inc. also feature various options for the addition of multiple operators, overhead transport, conveyor port systems, and N2/xCDA purge applications.
