This 10-inch twin spindle automated turning center features live tooling capabilities, including milling and drilling, and can satisfy both low- and high-volume production requirements.

Our live-tooling machines come fully equipped with an integrated 3-Axis gantry robot loader, which allows our clients to automatically load and unload parts, enabling increased productivity and reduced labor costs in each and every cycle!  With two spindles and the automatic part turnaround device, the MD200 offers endless possibilities to your part processing needs, including simultaneous part processing, first op / second op processing, or multi-part processing.  

The MD200 also features live tooling in each turret position and full C-axis spindle control. Depending on your specific needs, the MD200 is available with a single or twin gantry loader for improved productivity.
